EDEN GREEN MOBILITY (EGM) is a clean tech startup initiative of Eden Green Energy Private Limited from Tamil Nadu, providing the most reliable eco-friendly shared mobility services by leveraging proven global experiences. Eden Mobility has a strategic platform for creating an ecosystem in the EV segment, which provides solutions for EV manufacturers and users.
Eden Green Energy has good experience in developing lithium battery packs and consultancy services providing technology know -how transfer and project execution in Lithium Packaging Unit, Electric vehicle manufacturing and sales.
EGEP has signed an agreement to establish a lithium battery pack assembly in Malaysia. To establish a roof top solar panel system assembly in Malaysia under the collaboration agreement between ITTISOL SDN BHD.

Business Forecast
EGM has planned to offer its first franchisee by September 2024 and by end of the financial year, March 2025 EGM will be operating 2 franchisees with 600 vehicles on the road and by 2025 to 2026. There will be another 6 franchisee added so operating all in total of eight franchises with 1600 vehicles in the market and by 2026-2027. A total of 15 franchisees will be operating with 3000 vehicles and with the same flow in a span of six years, a total of 6000 vehicles will be operated with a total number of 30 franchises getting Operated in the market.
EGM plan to connect intercity passenger cars,local fleet operations,school rides and intercity cargo vehicles getting operated between the franchise which will be planned later during the process,
The whole operation system is planned based on the available financial resources with the EGM.
